My Inspection Services

I can inspect all types of RV, from smaller towable to Fifth wheels to Class A motorhomes. The information I provide will assist buyers by providing crucial unbiased information to make informed decisions for such a big major purchase. The inspection report will also help a seller provide details to a prospective buyer. I also pull fluids samples from engines and generators. This full report will show what is happening on the inside. These samples can be gathered from motorhomes or tow vehicles, which is important in gathering a complete analysis picture before making such a big decision. The Independent RV Inspector is working for you. I provide an overview of the various systems’ conditions, including refrigerator, cooling, heating, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical units included in the RV. The condition of the flooring, cabinetry, furniture, and the fabric was included as well.

About Us – Tim & Traci Askew

We are Tim and Traci Askew. We have been full-time RVing since 2017. We planned for this for quite some time. Tim retired in 2017, and we were ready for the adventures to come. He planned to go to RV Tech school someday. That day finally came in 10/2020. When the world was at a stop, we decided it would be a good time to get it started. He is now a Certified RV Inspector and Registered RV Technician.


We travel with our two fur babies, mini–Australian Shepherds, and we have five grandbabies that we miss a lot on the road. Thank goodness for Facetime!
